When you pay for Blue Contact, we collect payment information through our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, bank account number, or other sensitive financial data on our servers. Our payment processor handles this data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Blue Contact provides licensed data products including consumer records, business records, mover data, property data, and dealership information. This data is sourced from third-party data providers and compiled for marketing and analytics use cases.
Our customers are responsible for using this data in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable state and federal privacy laws. Our data license agreements set forth the permitted uses and restrictions for data accessed through our platform.

Blue Contact will not hand over your personal data to law enforcement unless a valid court order requires us to do so. We reject requests that we believe are overbroad or otherwise improper. Unless we are legally prohibited from doing so, we will notify you if we receive a law enforcement request for your information so that you can challenge it if you wish.

Query history, audience definitions, and usage data associated with your account are deleted when your account is closed.
